Returns Policy

Restocking fees are basedon our full price for the item at time of purchase, no matter what discounts a client may have had. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returning the item. Shipping/delivery fees paid are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return of Non-hygiene Items Within 30 Days

          10% restocking fee $10.00 minimum if returned unopened and in the original container/package

          30% restocking fee $10.00 if used or returned without original container/package

Return of Personal Hygiene Items Within 30 Days- Personal Hygiene items are those that are used on or with toilets, for bathing, and in bed. The client is responsible for paying the postage/shipping to return the item. The original shipping is not refunded

          10% restocking fee $10.00 minimum if returned unopened and in origional container/package

          50% restocking fee $10.00 minimum if used or returned without original container/package

We can ship to any address within the continental United States. For orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping  based on the order total (without tax). The shipping flat rates are as follows:

*Some of the larger items require a consultation and are not available to be shipped using these rates. Those items will be clearly marked and Home Access Solutions needs to be contacted for purchase.  

Drive Medical Equipment

Some of the items we stock will ship directly from Drive Medical, the manufacurer, in order to process your order as quickly as possible. Shipments may arrive in more than one package.
